LINDSEY BAYMAN
MEDIATOR
The Daily Journal recently profiled my mediation practice. The article includes perspectives on my mediation style from attorneys I have mediated cases for.
Overview
I believe that even the most complex cases can be resolved with persistence, patience and determination. I tailor my approach to each mediation by careful consideration of the facts and issues presented and helping the parties identify the strengths and weaknesses of their positions. With over 97% of cases settling before trial, my goal is not merely to settle a case, but to get it resolved as early as possible, helping the parties preserve resources and goodwill.
Scheduling
While most of my mediations are conducted remotely, if the parties desire in-person services, I will be happy to mediate at a location arranged by the parties. For questions on matters other than scheduling, please feel free to email me directly.
